Real & Raw

We will focus on the water element. We have grounded ourselves in our personal container of safety & solitude through the live guided meditation (if you missed it, please visit our instagram to start this month’s campaign). Now, gently navigate the rest of the week by reflecting on the prompts that we have created for you to explore the emotions in your container.

Mondays (Mental Maintenance Monday’s) are for resting. Channel the energy of the moon & yourself on these days continuing the campaign.

  1. Mental Maintenance Monday: live meditation — Holding Space

  2. Journal prompt: how do I hold space for myself?

  3. Journal prompt: what is my definition of vulnerability? 

  4. Journal prompt/activity: in what ways does my being already resemble water? In what ways would I liketo? (think about water in both a good way & in a destructive way — what destructive traits do I carry?)

  5. Vocabulary: define reciprocity & reflection

  6. Activity: take a spiritual bath to visual yourself in a sacred container (bath tub). Allow yourself to hold space here & enjoy intimacy with yourself in the water. Play music & flow/sway gently.

  7. Affirmations: write or recite these affirmations & trust that your subconscious has locked them in your heart space after completing week 1.

    • I AM the observer of my thoughts & emotions.

    • I allow myself to feel my emotions fully.

    • There is more than enough space for me in this world.

    • I AM fluid.

    • I AM allowed to honor my intuition.

Thank yourself for showing up in your container. Monday is another rest day, followed by the beginning of week 2: fire.

Themes for this week: heart chakra, fire element, honoring honesty, movement, creations, explore, heavy emotions, deconstruction, boundless, boldness

  1. Activity: Guided movement meditation (live, saved to @444themental video section)

  2. Journal prompt: Am I accepting of all of my creations? (in self, in others, etc.) Am I accepting of the destruction of my creations?

  3. Vocabulary: Define humility

  4. Journal Prompt: Do I feel like I have safe movement in my space?

  5. Find moments throughout the day where you’re able to embrace full expression (record voice memos talking to yourself, create, dance, etc.)

  6. Journal prompt: How do I reflect myself in my creations; what is my reflection?

  7. Affirmations: Write or recite these affirmations & trust that your subconscious has locked them in your heart space

    • I AM creating shifts & openly exploring new movements

    • I AM ready to step into my role with full embodiment

    • I AM capable of loving myself the way I want others to love me.

    • I AM a force to be reckoned with

    • I recognize myself in the eyes of God

Next week we will focus on blowing off steam — fully processing & releasing all that we’ve held in our inner world, & begin embracing the now in our external world.

The focus this week is blowing off steam!

  1. Mental Maintenance Monday: live meditation on concentration (saved on our instagram video section)

  2. Journal prompt: what makes me feel free? 

  3. Giveaway entry: submit a video (reel) of you that makes you feel free (painting, dancing, meditation, singing.. etc)

  4. Activity: create steam by a hot shower, or a boiling pot. envision the steam taking what no longer resonates and replacing it with positive energy. (add essential oils/herbs for intention and specific needs)

  5. SWEAT! raise your heart rate for 10-15min and release those worries through the power of your intentional movement!

  6. Journal prompt: what is one thing you’ve always wanted to say or do to something or someone?
